Paippalāda-Saṃhitā · Chapter 5.20

5.20.1

paro 'pehi paraś cara
paras tarda parastaram |
agner vātasya dhrājyā
apa bādhe ahaṃ tvām ||

5.20.2

udakasyedam ayanaṃ
vātasyedaṃ nibhañjanam |
agner dhūmasyāyaṃ panthā
neha tardāyanaṃ tava ||

5.20.3

pari tvā kṛṣṇavartanir
agnir dhūmenārciṣā |
sa tvaṃ tarda paraś cara-
- anyat tarddhi tṛṇaṃ yavāt ||

5.20.4

ye tardā asureṣitā
devebhir iṣitāś ca ye |
sarvāṃs tān brahmaṇā vayaṃ
śalabhāñ jambhayāmasi ||

5.20.5

śalabhasya śalabhyās
tardasyo patatriṇaḥ |
agner vātasya dhrājyā-
-api nahyāma āsyam ||

5.20.6

idaṃ yad gavi bheṣajaṃ
viśvād rūpāt samābhṛtam |
ākhor ghuṇasya tardasya
teṣāṃ snāvnāpi nahyata ||

5.20.7

dṛṣṭā tvam asi gandhena-
-oṣadhir ghuṇajambhanī |
ākhor ghuṇasya jātāni
tāni jambhaya tejasā ||

5.20.8

tūlaṃ tardas tṛṇasyāttu
mūlam ākhur dhiyeṣitaḥ |
atho vṛkṣasya phalgu yad
ghuṇā adantu mā yavam ||
