nainaṃ cakṣur jahāti
na prāṇo jarasaḥ puraḥ |
puraṃ yo brahmaṇo veda
yasmāt puruṣa ucyate ||
yo vai tāṃ brahmaṇo veda-
- amṛtenāvṛtāṃ puram |
tasmai brahma ca brāhmyāś ca-
-āyuṣ prāṇaṃ prajāṃ daduḥ ||
aṣṭācakrā navadvārā
devāṇāṃ pūr ayodhyā |
tasyāṃ hiraṇyayaḥ kośaḥ
svargo jyotiṣāvṛtaḥ ||
tasmin hiraṇyaye kośe
tryare tripratiṣṭhite |
tasmin yad antar ātmanvat
tad vai brahmavido viduḥ ||
prabhrājamānāṃ hariṇīṃ
yaśasā saṃparīvṛtām |
puraṃ hiraṇmayīṃ brahmā
viveśāparājitām ||
