apa tasya tamo hataṃ
vyāvṛttaḥ sa pāpmanā |
sarvāṇi tasmin jyotīṃṣi
yāni trīṇi prajāpatau ||
yo vetasaṃ hiraṇyayaṃ
tiṣṭhantaṃ salile veda |
sa vai guhyaḥ prajāpatiḥ ||
na prajāpatim aty eti
nāty eti parameṣṭhinam |
utota tatra no vṛta
yaj jyeṣṭhaṃ paro atyayat ||
asti vai tat paro bhūmer
asti vai tat paro divaḥ |
lokā vai tasmin saṃprotā
yasminn otāḥ prajā imāḥ ||
