Paippalāda-Saṃhitā · Chapter 14.3

14.3.1

apaśyaṃ tvāvarohantaṃ
divataḥ pṛthivīm iva |
apaśyam asyantaṃ rudraṃ
nīlagrīvaṃ śikhaṇḍinam ||

14.3.2

diva ugro 'vārukṣat
praty aṣṭhād bhūmyām adhi |
janāsaḥ paśyatemaṃ
nīlagrīvaṃ vilohitam ||

14.3.3

eṣa aity avīrahā
rudro jalāṣabheṣajī |
vi te kṣepam anīnaśad
vātīkāro vy etu te ||

14.3.4

namas te bhava bhāmāya
namas te bhava manyave |
namas te astu bāhūbhyām
uto ta iṣave namaḥ ||

14.3.5

yām iṣaṃ giriśanta
haste bibharṣy astave |
śivāṃ giriśa tāṃ kṛṇu
mā hiṃsīḥ puruṣān mama ||

14.3.6

śivena vacasā tvā
giriśācchā vadāmasi |
yathā naḥ sarvam ij jagad
ayakṣmaṃ sumano asat ||

14.3.7

yā ta iṣuḥ śivatamā
śivaṃ babhūva te dhanuḥ |
śivā śaravyā yā tava
tayā no mṛḍa jīvase ||

14.3.8

yā te rudra śivā tanūr
aghorāpāpakāśinī |
tayā nas tanvā śantamayā
giriśantābhi cākaśa ||

14.3.9

asau yas tāmro aruṇa
uta babhrur vilohitaḥ |
ye ceme abhito rudrā
dikṣu śritāḥ sahasraśo
'vaiṣāṃ heḍa īmahe ||

14.3.10

adṛśaṃ tvāvarohantaṃ
nīlagrīvaṃ vilohitam |
uta tvā gopā adṛśann
uta tvodāhāryaḥ |
uto tvā viśvā bhūtāni
tasmai dṛṣṭāya te namaḥ ||
