12.2.1

takman bhrātrā balāsena
svasrā kāsikayā saha |
pāmnā bhrātṛvyeṇa
naśyeto maraṭāṅ abhi ||

12.2.2

gandhāribhyo mūjavadbhyaḥ
kāśibhyo magadhebhyaḥ |
jane priyam iva śevadhiṃ
takmānaṃ pari dadhmasi ||

12.2.3

nārkavindān nārvidālān
nānnadīṃ vartakāvatīm |
vratāni takmane brūmo
anyakṣetrāṇi vā imāḥ ||

12.2.4

anyakṣetre na ramate
sahasrākṣo amartyaḥ |
abhūd u prārthas takmā
sa gamiṣyati balihikām ||

12.2.5

ado gaccha mūjavatas
tato vā gha parastaram |
mā smāto abhyair naḥ punas
tat tvā takmann upa bruve ||

12.2.6

parasmaiva tvaṃ cara
paramasyāṃ parāvati |
yathā no nāntam āyasi
yathā no nābhiśocayā ||
