1.10.1

sīsāyānv āha varuṇaḥ
sīsāyāgnir upāvati |
sīsaṃ ma indraḥ prāyacchad
amīvāyās tu cātanam ||

1.10.2

idaṃ viṣkandhaṃ sahata
idaṃ bādhate atriṇaḥ |
anena viśvā sāsahai
yā jātāni piśācyāḥ ||

1.10.3

ye 'māvāsyāṃ rātrim
udasthur bhrājam atriṇaḥ |
agnis turīyo yātuhā
sa u naḥ pātu tebhyaḥ ||

1.10.4

yadi haṃsy aśvaṃ
yadi gāṃ yadi pūruṣam |
sīsena vidhyāmas tvā
yathā no 'so avīrahā ||
