2.35.1

उद् असौ सूर्यो अगात्
सह वहतुना मम ।
अहं ते मधुमती
मधुघान् मधुमत्तरा ॥

2.35.2

यद् गिरिषु पर्वतेषु
गोष्व् अश्वेषु यन् मधु ।
सुरायां सिच्यमानायां
कीलाले मधु तन् मयि ॥

2.35.3

यथा सुरा यथा मधु
यथाक्षा अधिदेवने ।
यथा ह गव्यतो मन
एवा माम् अभि ते मनः ॥

2.35.4

आ ते पदं पदेनादिष्य्
आ ते मनसा मनः ।
प्रत्यञ्चम् अग्रभं त्वा-
-अश्वम् इवाश्वाभिधान्या ॥

2.35.5

मह्यं त्वा द्यावापृथिवी
मह्यं देवी सरस्वती ।
मह्यं त्वा मध्यं भूम्या
उभाव् अन्तौ सम् अस्यताम् ॥
