6.21.1

અથો યાનિ ચ વસ્મહે
યાનિ ચાન્તઃ પરીણહિ ।
તાનિ તે પરિ દદ્મસિ ॥

6.21.2

રાત્રિ માતર્ ઉષસે નઃ પરિ દેહિ ।
ઉષા નો અહ્ને પરિ દદાત્વ્
અહસ્ તુભ્યં વિભાવરિ ॥

6.21.3

યત્ કિં ચેદં પતયતિ
યત્ કિં ચેદં સરીસૃપમ્ ।
યત્ કિં ચ પદ્વદ્ આસન્વત્
તસ્માત્ ત્વં રાત્રિ પાહિ નઃ ॥

6.21.4

સા પશ્ચાત્ પાહિ સા પુરઃ
સોત્તરાદ્ અધરાદ્ ઉત ।
ગોપાય નો વિભાવરિ
સ્તોતારસ્ ત ઇહ સ્મસિ ॥

6.21.5

યે રાત્રિમ્ અનુતિષ્ઠન્તિ
યે ચ ભૂતેષુ જાગ્રતિ ।
પશૂન્ યે સર્વાન્ રક્ષન્તિ
તે ન આત્મસુ જાગ્રતુ
તે નઃ પશુષુ જાગ્રતુ ॥

6.21.6

વેદ વૈ રાત્રિ તે નામ
ઘૃતાચી નામ વા અસિ ।
તાં ત્વા ભરદ્વાજો વેદ
સા નો વિત્તે ઽધિ જાગૃહિ ॥
