વ્યાવૃત્તૌ પથો ગાવૌ
વ્યસ્યૌ યુગ્યા ઉત ।
વિદ્વેષણં કિલાસિથ
યથૈનૌ વ્ય્ અદિદ્વિષઃ ॥

વિ કિલૈનાવ્ અદિદ્વિષઃ
શશ્વતીભ્યઃ સમાભ્યઃ ।
અથોલ્મુકમ્ ઇવ ખાદિરમ્
અગ્નિર્ વામ્ અસ્ત્વ્ અન્તરા ॥

સિંહસ્ તે અસ્તુ ચક્ષુષે
વ્યાઘ્રઃ પરિષ્વઞ્જને ।
અગ્નિર્ વામ્ અસ્ત્વ્ અન્તરા
યથા વાં ન સહાસતિ ॥

2.58.4

વ્ય્ અદ્યૌદ્ વ્ય્ અતતનદ્
વ્ય્ આસ્થત્ કપટ્વ્ ઇવ ।
યા ઓષધે પ્રસર્પસિ
વ્ય્ અગ્નિર્ ઇવ તૌ દહ ॥

વિ વાં યન્તુ હૃદયાનિ
વિ ચિત્તાનિ મનાંસિ ચ ।
અથો યત્ તન્વોઃ સંગતં
તદ્ વામ્ અસ્તુ વિદૂરકમ્ ॥

2.58.6

અસ્તિ વૈ વાં વિદ્વિકમ્
ઉભૌ શયને અન્તરા ।
વિષ્વઞ્ચૌ પર્ય્ આ વર્તેથાં
યથા વાં ન સહાસતિ ॥
