2.5.1

dyāvāpṛthivī urv antarikṣaṃ
kṣetrasya patny urugāyo adbhutaḥ |
utāntarikṣam uru vātagopaṃ
te gha tapyantāṃ mayi tapyamāne ||

2.5.2

idam indra śṛṇuhi somapa
yat tvā hṛdā śocatā johavīmi |
vṛścāmi taṃ kuliśeneva vṛkṣaṃ
yo asmākaṃ mana idaṃ hinasti ||

2.5.3

idaṃ devāḥ śṛṇuta ye ca yajñiyā stha
bharadvājo mahyam ukthāni śaṃsatu |
pāśe sa baddho durite ni yujyatāṃ
yo asmākaṃ mana idaṃ hinasti ||

2.5.4

aśītibhis tisṛbhiḥ sāmagebhir
ādityebhir vasubhir aṅgirobhiḥ |
iṣṭāpūrtam avatu naḥ pitṝṇām
āmuṃ dade harasā daivyena ||

2.5.5

dyāvāpṛthivī anu mā dīdhīthāṃ
viśve devāso anu mā rabhadhvam |
aṅgirasaḥ pitaraḥ somyāsaḥ
pāpam ā rcchatv apakāmasya kartā ||

2.5.6

atīva yo maruto manyate no
brahma vā yo nindiṣat kriyamāṇam |
tapūṃṣi tasmai vṛjināni santu
brahmadviṣam abhi taṃ śocatu dyauḥ ||

2.5.7

ā dadhāmi te padaṃ
samiddhe jātavedasi |
agniḥ śarīraṃ veveṣṭu
yamaṃ gacchatu te asuḥ ||

2.5.8

sapta prāṇān aṣṭau majjñas
tāṃs te vṛścāmi brahmaṇā |
yamasya gaccha sādanam
agnidūto araṃkṛtaḥ ||
