प्रेता जयता नर
उग्रा वः सन्तु बाहवः ।
इन्द्रो वः शर्म यच्छत्व्
अनाधृष्या यथासथ ॥

उद् धर्षन्तां मघवन्न् आयुधान्य्
उत् सत्वनां मामकानां मनांसि ।
उद् धर्षन्तां वाजिनां वाजिनान्य्
उद् वीराणां जयताम् एतु घोषः ॥

1.56.3

पृथग् घोषा उलुलयः
केतुमन्त उद् ईरताम् ।
देवा इन्द्रज्येष्ठा
मरुतो यन्तु सेनया ॥

अवसृष्टा परा पत
शरव्ये ब्रह्मसंशिते ।
जयामित्रान् प्र पद्यस्व
मामीषां कं चनोच् छिषः ॥
