શાસ ઇત્થા મહાઁ અસ્ય્
અમિત્રઘાતો અદ્ભુતઃ ।
ન યસ્ય હન્યતે સખા
ન જીયતે કદા ચન ॥

વિ રક્ષો વિ મૃધો જહિ
વિ વૃત્રસ્ય હનૂ રુજ ।
વિ મન્યુમ્ ઇન્દ્ર વૃત્રહન્ન્
અમિત્રસ્યાભિદાસતઃ ॥

2.88.3

વિ ન ઇન્દ્ર વિ મૃધો જહિ
નીચા યચ્છ પૃતન્યતઃ ।
અધમં ગમયા તમો
યો અસ્માઁ અભિદાસતિ ॥

સ્વસ્તિદા વિશાં પતિર્
વૃત્રહા વિમૃધો વશી ।
વૃષેન્દ્રઃ પુર એતુ નઃ
સોમપા અભયંકરઃ ॥

અપેન્દ્ર દ્વિષતો મનો
ઽપ જિજ્યાસતો વધમ્ ।
વિ મહચ્ છર્મ યચ્છ
વરીયો યાવયા વધમ્ ॥
