દિવો જાતો દિવસ્ પુત્રો
યસ્માજ્ જાતં મહત્ સહઃ ।
અશ્વત્થમ્ અગ્રે જૈત્રાય-
-અચ્છા દેવં વદામસિ ॥

તં ત્વાશ્વા યથા રથમ્
ઉપ તિષ્ઠન્તુ રાજાનઃ ।
સમિતિભ્યો વિવક્તવે ॥

2.55.3

ત્વયા વયં દેવજાત
સર્વાઃ પ્રાશો જયામસિ ।
ઉત સત્યા ઉતાનૃતાઃ ॥

2.55.4

યો અશ્વત્થેન મિત્રેણ
સમિતીર્ અવગચ્છતિ ।
જયાત્ સ સર્વાઃ પૃતના
યાશ્ ચ સત્યા ઉતાનૃતાઃ ॥

2.55.5

અધરાઞ્ચો નિર્ દ્રવન્તુ
સમિત્યા ઉલુલાકૃતાઃ ।
અશ્વત્થમિત્રં પુરુષં
યે વાચા પૃતન્યાન્ ॥
