યા શત્રૂન્ પ્રાશંજયા
સહમાનાભિભૂર્ અસિ ।
સામૂન્ પ્રતિપ્રાશો જહ્ય્
અરસાન્ કૃણ્વ્ ઓષધે ॥

2.16.2

સુપર્ણસ્ ત્વાન્વ્ અવિન્દત્
સૂકરસ્ ત્વાખનન્ નસા ।
ઇન્દ્રસ્ ત્વા ચક્રે બાહ્વોર્
અસુરેભ્ય સ્તરીતવે ॥

2.16.3

પાટામ્ ઇન્દ્રો વ્ય્ આશ્નાદ્
ધન્તવા અસુરેભ્યઃ ।
તયાહં શત્રૂન્ સાક્ષીય-
-ઇન્દ્રઃ શાલાવૃકાન્ ઇવ ॥

રુદ્ર જલાષભેષજ
નીલશિખણ્ડ કર્મકૃત્ ।
પ્રશ્નં દુરસ્યતો જહિ
યો અસ્માઁ અભિદાસતિ ॥

2.16.5

તસ્ય પ્રશ્નં ત્વં જહિ
યો ન ઇન્દ્રાભિદાસતિ ।
અધિ નો બ્રૂહિ શક્તિભિઃ
પ્રાશિ મામ્ ઉત્તરં કૃધિ ॥
