2.17.1

યથેદં ભૂમ્યા અધિ
વાતસ્ તૃણં મથાયતિ ।
એવા મથ્નામિ તે મનો
યથા માં કામિન્ય્ અસો
યથા મામ્ અન્વ્ આયસિ ॥

2.17.2

એયમ્ અગન્ પતિકામા
જનિકામો ઽહમ્ આગમમ્ ।
અશ્વઃ કનિક્રદદ્ યથા
ભગેનાહં સહાગમમ્ ॥

2.17.3

સં ચેન્ નયાથો અશ્વિના
કામિના સં ચ નેષથઃ ।
સં વાં મનાંસ્ય્ અગ્મત
સં ચક્ષૂંષિ સમ્ ઉ વ્રતા ॥

2.17.4

યદ્ અન્તરં તદ્ બાહ્યં
યદ્ બાહ્યં તદ્ અન્તરમ્ ।
કન્યાનાં વિશ્વરૂપાણાં
મનો ગૃભાયૌષધે ॥

2.17.5

?યાસુપર્ણાપક્ષણવા-
-આનપક્ષણવા? ।
અત્રા ત આર્પિતં મનઃ
શલ્ય ઇવ કુર્મલં યથા ॥
