તસ્ય સપ્ત પ્રાણાઃ સપ્તાપાનાઃ સપ્ત વ્યાનાઃ ।
યો ઽસ્ય પ્રથમઃ પ્રાણ ઊર્ધ્વો નામ સો ઽયમ્ અગ્નિઃ ।
યો ઽસ્ય દ્વિતીયઃ પ્રાણઃ પ્રોઢો નામ સો ઽસાવ્ આદિત્યઃ ।
યો ઽસ્ય તૃતીયઃ પ્રાણો ઽભ્યૂઢો નામ સો ઽસૌ ચન્દ્રમાઃ ।
યો ઽસ્ય ચતુર્થઃ પ્રાણો વિભૂર્ નામ સો ઽયં પવમાનઃ ।
યો ઽસ્ય પઞ્ચમઃ પ્રાણો ઽપરિમિતો નામ ત ઇમે પશવઃ ।
યો ઽસ્ય ષષ્ઠઃ પ્રાણઃ પ્રિયો નામ તા ઇમાઃ પ્રજાઃ ।
યો ઽસ્ય સપ્તમઃ પ્રાણો યોનિર્ નામ તા ઇમા આપઃ ॥
