18.29.1

સ સંવત્સરમ્ ઊર્ધ્વો ઽતિષ્ઠત્
તં દેવા અબ્રુવન્ વ્રાત્ય કિં નુ તિષ્ઠસીતિ ।
સો ઽબ્રવીદ્ આસન્દીં મે સં ભરન્ત્વ્ ઇતિ
તસ્મા આસન્દીં સમ્ અભરન્ ।
તસ્યા વસન્તશ્ ચ ગ્રીષ્મશ્ ચ
પૂર્વૌ પાદવ્ આસ્તાં વર્ષાશ્ ચ શરચ્ ચાપરૌ ।
તં બૃહચ્ ચ રથન્તરં ચાનૂચ્યે આસ્તાં
યજ્ઞાયજ્ઞિયં ચ વામદેવ્યં ચ તિરશ્ચે ।
ઋચઃ પ્રાઞ્ચસ્ તન્તવો યજૂંષિ તીર્યઞ્ચઃ ।
વેદ આસ્તરો બ્રહ્મોપ બર્હણં સામાસીદ
ઉદ્ગીથો ઽપશ્રયન્તામ્ અસીદત્ ।
તસ્ય સંકલ્પાઃ પ્રહાસ્યા આસન્
દેવજનાઃ પરિષ્કન્દા અપ્સરસઃ પત્નીર્ વિશ્વાનિ ભૂતાન્ય્ ઉપસદઃ ।
ઐનં વિશ્વાનિ ભૂતાનિ ગચ્છન્તિ
પ્રિયો વિશ્વેષાં ભૂતાનાં ભવતિ ય એવં વેદ ॥
