16.54.1

તસ્યૌદનસ્ય ભૂમિઃ કુમ્ભી દ્યૌર્ અપિધાનં
શિરો ઽભ્રમ્ ઊષ્મા નીહારો બૃહદ્ આયવનં રથન્તરં દર્વિઃ ।
દિશઃ પાર્શ્વે સીતાઃ પર્શવઃ સિકતા ઊબધ્યં
પલલમ્ ઉપસ્તરણમ્ અહોરાત્રે વિક્રમણે ઓદનસ્ય ॥

16.54.2

વર્ષં પ્રોક્ષણં મરુતઃ પર્યૈન્ધત કિષ્કરવઃ પરિધયઃ ।
ઋચા કુમ્ભ્ય્ અધિધીયત આર્ત્વિજ્યેન પ્રેષ્યતે બ્રહ્મણા પ્રતિ ગૃહ્યતે ॥

16.54.3

ય એતસ્યૌદનસ્યૈવં મહિમાનં વિદ્યાત્ ।
નાલ્પ ઇતિ બ્રૂયાન્ નાનુપસેચન ઇતિ નેદં ચ કિં ચેતિ ॥

16.54.4

યાવદ્ દાતાભિમનસ્યેત્
તં નાતિવદેત્ ।
ઓદનેન યજ્ઞવચઃ
સર્વે લોકાઃ સમાપ્યાઃ ॥

યસ્મિન્ સમુદ્રો દ્યૌર્ ભૂમિસ્
ત્રયો ઽવરપરં શ્રિતાઃ ॥
