ઇમા ઊરૂ સવાસિનૌ
વર્ચસાઞ્જે અહં મમ ।
નામ હ્ય્ એનયોર્ વેદ
યથા ન બહવો વિદુઃ ॥

વર્ચસાપીના પૃથિવી
સૂર્યેણોત્તભિતા દ્યૌઃ ।
ત્વિષિં યાં પશ્યામો વાતે
તાં નિ યચ્છે મમોર્વોઃ ॥

1.112.3

વેદ વૈ વાં નામધેયં
જિગીવાઁ અપરાજિતમ્ ।
પ્રજાં ચ બહ્વીમ્ આ શાસે
રાષ્ટ્રં ચેન્દ્રાભિરક્ષિતમ્ ॥

1.112.4

વિદુષી વાં નામધેયમ્
અશ્વિના સારઘં મધુ ।
સૂર્ય ઇવ ચક્ષુર્ ભૂતાનાં
પ્રજાં ધારયતં મયિ
રયિં ધારયતં મયિ ॥

1.112.5

શતપાશાં વિ તનોમ્ય્
ઊરુભ્યાં જઘનેન ચ ।
તસ્મિન્ યો બધ્યતે બન્ધે
સ મે અસ્ત્વ્ અન્યક્ષકઃ ॥
