yat prāñcam udvartayati
yajñāya ca devebhyaś cā vṛścate ||
yad dakṣiṇāñcam udvartayati
yamāya ca pitṛbhyaś cā vṛścate ||
yat pratyañcam udvartayati
varuṇāyāpsuṣada ā vṛścate ||
yad udañcam udvartayati
somāya ca rājñe saptaṛṣibhyaś cā vṛścate ||
yad anuvṛttam uddharati
diśodiśa evainaṃ bhayam ā gacchati ||
