2.9.1

इयं वीरुन् मधुजाता
मधुने त्वा खनामसि ।
मधोर् अधि प्रजातासि
सा नो मधुमतस् कृधि ॥

2.9.2

जिह्वाया अग्रे मे मधु
जिह्वामूले मधूलकम् ।
यथा मां कामिन्य् असो
यथा माम् अन्व् आयसि ॥

2.9.3

परि त्वा परितत्नुना-
- इक्षुणागाम् अविद्विषे ।
यथा न विद्विषावहै
न विभवाव कदा चन ॥

2.9.4

राज्ञे ब्रूहि वरुणाय-
-अश्वाय पुरुषाय च ।
पथा मे पथ्ये रेवति
जायाम् आ वह साधुना ॥

2.9.5

जायां मे मित्रावरुणा
जायां देवी सरस्वती ।
जायां मे अश्विनोभा-
-आ धत्तां पुष्करस्रजा ॥
