2.38.1

ये नः शपन्त्य् अप ते भवन्तु
वृक्षान् इव वृक्णाँ अति ताँ अयाम ।
द्राघीय आयुः प्रतरं दधाना
वयं देवानां सुमतौ स्याम ॥

2.38.2

कृत्याकृतं प्रत्य् अवसानदर्शनम्
अग्ने प्रति स्म बुध्यस्व ।
प्रति स्म देव तं दह ॥

2.38.3

यस् त्वा कृत्ये प्रजिघाय
विद्वाँ अविदुषो गृहम् ।
पुनस् त्वा तस्मा आ दध्मो
यथा कृत्याकृतं हनः ॥

2.38.4

पुनः कृत्यां कृत्याकृते
हस्तगृह्य परा णय ।
उतो तम् अत्तु सा पुनस्
तर्द इव सदनं स्वम् ॥

2.38.5

कृत्या यन्तु कृत्याकृतं
वृक इवाविमतो गृहम् ।
तोकं पाकस्य वर्धतां
सुवृष्ट ओषधीर् इव ॥
