2.38.1

યે નઃ શપન્ત્ય્ અપ તે ભવન્તુ
વૃક્ષાન્ ઇવ વૃક્ણાઁ અતિ તાઁ અયામ ।
દ્રાઘીય આયુઃ પ્રતરં દધાના
વયં દેવાનાં સુમતૌ સ્યામ ॥

2.38.2

કૃત્યાકૃતં પ્રત્ય્ અવસાનદર્શનમ્
અગ્ને પ્રતિ સ્મ બુધ્યસ્વ ।
પ્રતિ સ્મ દેવ તં દહ ॥

2.38.3

યસ્ ત્વા કૃત્યે પ્રજિઘાય
વિદ્વાઁ અવિદુષો ગૃહમ્ ।
પુનસ્ ત્વા તસ્મા આ દધ્મો
યથા કૃત્યાકૃતં હનઃ ॥

2.38.4

પુનઃ કૃત્યાં કૃત્યાકૃતે
હસ્તગૃહ્ય પરા ણય ।
ઉતો તમ્ અત્તુ સા પુનસ્
તર્દ ઇવ સદનં સ્વમ્ ॥

2.38.5

કૃત્યા યન્તુ કૃત્યાકૃતં
વૃક ઇવાવિમતો ગૃહમ્ ।
તોકં પાકસ્ય વર્ધતાં
સુવૃષ્ટ ઓષધીર્ ઇવ ॥
