1.77.1

इन्द्र क्षत्रम् अभि वामम् ओजो
ऽजायथा वृषभ चर्षणीनाम् ।
अपानुदो जनम् अमित्रयन्तम्
उरुं देवेभ्यो अकृणोर् उलोकम् ॥

1.77.2

मृगो न भीमः कुचरो गिरिष्ठाः
परावत आ जगामा परस्याः ।
सृकं संशाय पविम् इन्द्र तिग्मं
वि शत्रून् ताढि वि मृधो नुदस्व ॥

1.77.3

अंहोमुचे प्र भरे मनीषाम्
आ सुत्राम्णे सुमतिम् आवृणानः ।
इदम् इन्द्र प्रति हव्यं गृभाय
सत्याः सन्तु यजमानस्य कामाः ॥

1.77.4

अंहोमुचं वृषभं यज्ञियानां
विराजन्तं प्रथमम् अध्वराणाम् ।
अपां नपातम् अश्विनौ हुवे धिय
इन्द्रियेण न इन्द्रियं धत्तम् ओजः ॥
