1.29.1

याः पुरस्ताद् आचरन्ति
नीचैः सूर्याद् अथो दिवः ।
एतम् अप्सरसां व्रातं
ब्रह्मणाच्छा वदामसि ॥

1.29.2

या अधराद् आचरन्ति
जिह्मा मुखा करिक्रतीः ।
आहता अप ता इतो
नश्यन्त्व् अतश् चिन्वतीः ॥

1.29.3

याः कुल्या या वन्या
या उ चोन्मादयिष्णवः ।
सर्वास् ता मृश्मशाकरं
दृषदा खल्वाँ इव ॥

1.29.4

चेतन्तीम् अश्मलां पलां
तासां वो नमो अर्चिषे ।
आराद् यक्ष्मं नि धत्त-
-अस्मान् नो अधि पूरुषात् ॥
