ત્વમ્ અગ્ને પ્રમતિસ્ ત્વં પિતાસિ નસ્
ત્વં સખા યુજ્યો ઽસિ જાતવેદઃ ।
ત્વં વિશ્વવિદ્ ગાતુવિત્ કવિર્
વિશ્વા આશા અભયાઃ સન્ત્વ્ અસ્મે ॥

1.54.2

ઇદં વર્ચો અગ્નિના દત્તમ્ આગન્
ભર્ગો યશઃ સહ ઓજો વયો બલમ્ ।
ત્રયસ્ત્રિંશદ્ યાનિ વીર્યાણિ
તાન્ય્ અગ્નિઃ પ્ર દદાતુ મે ॥

વર્ચ આ ધેહિ મે તન્વાં
સહ ઓજો વયો બલમ્ ।
ઇન્દ્રિયાય ત્વા કર્મણે વીર્યાય
પ્રતિ ગૃહ્ણામિ શતશારદાય ॥

ઊર્જે ત્વા બલાય ત્વા-
-ઓજસે સહસે ત્વા ।
અભિભૂયાય ત્વા રાષ્ટ્રભૃત્યાય
પર્ય્ ઊહામિ શતશારદાય ॥

ઋતુભિષ્ ટ્વાર્તવૈર્
આયુષે વર્ચસે ત્વા ।
સંવત્સરસ્ય તેજસા
તેન સંહનુ કૃણ્મસિ ॥
