स्वासद् असि सूषा अमृता मर्त्येष्व् आ ।
मा मा प्राणो ऽवहाय परा गान् मा मापानो ऽवहाय परा गात् ।
सूर्यो माह्नः पात्व् अग्निः पृथिव्या वायुर् अन्तरिक्षाद्
यमो मनुष्येभ्यः सरस्वती पार्थिवेभ्यः ।
प्राणापानौ मा मा हासिष्टं मा जने प्र मेषि ।
स्वस्त्य् अद्योषसो दोषसश् च सर्वा आपः सर्वगणो अशीय ॥
