यत् प्राचीनं बर्हि स्तृणाति
यज्ञाय च देवेभ्यश् चा वृश्चते ॥
यद् दक्षिणाचीनं बर्हि स्तृणाति
यमाय च पितृभ्यश् चा वृश्चते ॥
यत् प्रतीचीनं बर्हि स्तृणात्य्
अकृतपूर्वं करोति ॥
यद् उदीचीनं बर्हि स्तृणाति
सोमाय च राज्ञे सप्तऋषिभ्यश् चा वृश्चते ॥
