1.51.1

गातो हविर् जनयन् तस्थ इन्द्र-
-अग्रं ज्येष्ठ पर्य् अगामेह देव ।
स गातो गातोत्तमा पयापिम्
अस्मभ्यम् इन्द्र ददतः प्रचेतः ॥

1.51.2

अग्निर् नः पुरएतास्त्व् अञ्जसा
बृहस्पतिः सन्यास्तु नः सखा ।
इन्द्रं हुवे वृत्रहणं पुरन्दरं
भगेनाद्य भगवन्तः स्याम ॥

1.51.3

त्वं सोम दिव्यो नृचक्षाः
सुगाँ अस्मभ्यं पथो अनु ख्यः ।
अभि नो गोत्रं विदुष इव नेषो
ऽच्छा नो वाचम् उशतीं जिगासि ॥

1.51.4

इमाम् अग्ने शरणिं मीमृषो न
इमम् अध्वानं यम् अगाम दूरम् ।
आपिः पिता प्रमतिः सोम्यानां
भृमिर् अस्य् ऋषिकृन् मर्त्यानाम् ॥
