ઇદં તે શિરો ભિનદ્મિ યાતુધાન સ્વાહા-
-ઇદં તે મસ્તિષ્કં નિ તૃણદ્મિ ભૂમ્યામ્ ॥
ઇદં તે હનૂ ભિનદ્મિ યાતુધાન સ્વાહા-
-ઇદં તે જિહ્વાં નિ તૃણદ્મિ ભૂમ્યામ્ ॥
ઇદં તે ગ્રીવા ભિનદ્મિ યાતુધાન સ્વાહા-
-ઇદં તે સ્કન્ધાન્ નિ તૃણદ્મિ ભૂમ્યામ્ ॥
ઇદં તે અંસૌ ભિનદ્મિ યાતુધાન સ્વાહા-
-ઇદં તે બાહૂ નિ તૃણદ્મિ ભૂમ્યામ્ ॥
ઇદં તે હૃદયં ભિનદ્મિ યાતુધાન સ્વાહા-
