1.17.1

જરાયુજઃ પ્રથમ ઉસ્રિયો વૃષા
વાતભ્રજા સ્તનયન્ન્ એતિ વૃષ્ટ્યા ।
સ નો મૃડાતિ તન્વ ઋજુગો રુજન્
ય એકમ્ ઓજસ્ ત્રેધા વિચક્રે ॥

અઙ્ગેઅઙ્ગે શોચિષા શિશ્રિયાણો
યો અગ્રભીત્ પરુર્ અસ્ય ગ્રભીતા ।
અઙ્કાન્ સમઙ્કાન્ હવિષા યજામિ
હૃદિ શ્રિતો મનસા યો જજાન ॥

મુઞ્ચામિ શીર્ષક્ત્યા ઉત કાસ એનં
પરુષ્પરુર્ આવિવેશ યો અસ્ય ।
યો અભ્રજા વાતજા યશ્ ચ શુષ્મો
વનસ્પતીન્ સચતાં પર્વતાંશ્ ચ ॥

શં તે પરસ્મૈ ગાત્રાય
શમ્ અસ્ત્વ્ અવરાય તે ।
શં તે પૃષ્ટિભ્યો મજ્જભ્યઃ
શમ્ અસ્તુ તન્વે તવ ॥
